Executive Intervention:  A One-on-One Improvement Program

This is not alcohol treatment for executives.  It is however the process of intervening in destructive workplace behavior.  Working one-on-one with your valuable employee, supervisor, or manager, we help them stop harassing, discriminatory, or "bullying" behavior and transofrm them into the more dynamic, encouraging, motivating person your organization requires.

One-on-one

Employees of supervisory status create increased liability related to their actions.  In fact, the courts indicate clearly that organizations may be held liable for the acts of their supervisors regardless of whether organizations have knowledge of wrongdoing.

Harassment and discrimination are often not the failure of an individual to understand company policy or federal guidelines.  What is also needed is an in-depth experience whereby participants are moved to inspect the motives and contributing factors in their own behavior and to consider the well-being of others.

This one-on-one design is effective in stopping inappropriate behavior and restoring a safe and productive work environment.  The goal is to facilitate a learning experience whereby the participant examines his/her personal ethics and the organization's culture.  We endeavor to help the participant understand the law and, more importantly, to incorporate behaviors that lead to a safe environment and thus, greater profitability.
