Dr. Riley Harvill, co-founder of The HarBeck Company, has twenty-five years of experience working with organizations in the areas of leadership, sexual harassment, diversity, coaching, team building, mentoring, executive intervention, and employee assessment.   As a psychologist, he has presented seminars and workshops worldwide in such countries as Poland, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Mexico and was an associate professor of counselor education at the University of North Texas for 14 years as director of clinical studies.  He also served on the faculty at Louisiana State University and the University of Hong Kong where he taught in residence and on outreach throughout Asia.   Dr. Harvill is trained in hypnosis, Playback Theater and Psychodrama and now utilizes dramatic elements in much of his training. His work has received notoriety in national publications such as “Entrepreneur” magazine and “The Christian Science Monitor.” He has written or co-written four books including books on sexual harassment and organizational coaching & development. 

Rebecca Stallings, co-founder and President of The HarBeck Company, has extensive training in Playback Theater and Psychodrama.  Her vision is to create interactive learning environments for maximum retention.
